Jorj (George) Radu shares its passion of oenology with the Quebeckers since nearly 14 years now. Director of the production of a Romanian Company of white and red wines, apple-brandy, alcohols and vinegars for many years it is at the Laval University that he improves his know-how.

He crossed the roads of wines and ciders of Quebec, advised and participated in the development of products which deserved the championship and the world vice - championship in Chicago in '96 , '98 and '99, Prize-winner of "World Selection" Montreal 1995, as well as the title of Silver Apple 2000 in Saint - Hyacinthe and Golden Apple 2001 in Montreal. So, Jorj Radu quickly conquered the heartstrings of Quebeckers by developing high quality ciders and wines, from local raw material.

Strengthened by several mandates as master of wine storehouse, technical adviser and oenologist, Jorj Radu opens to you from now on the doors of his art and invites you to taste his products at Vignoble Bourg Royal.
